Training

            As all of our staffs are from Army/Air Force/ Navy background, training at TOP-1 Security service to the guards are given adequately to meet all the requirements/expectations of our client.  We have a full fledged training institute with highly qualified ex-instructors from Indian Army’s premier training establishment.

            Training is closely monitored by the Deputy Manager (Human Resource and Development) to ensure uniformity and stringent minimum acceptable standards.  Minimum standard requirement for the security guards is Height 5’ 6”, and minimum Xth standard passed with cleared police verification.

Conversion Training :
            This is meant for Security Guards who join us from other security companies.  The duration is 10 days and the main purpose is to infuse our work culture and ethos.

New Recruits Orientation Capsule :
            This is for 20 days (20 days x 8 hours= 160 hours)  and encompasses  the whole gamut of training required,  turn out, drill, physical training and basic unarmed combat and fire fighting.

Supervisor and Security Officers Training :
            In addition to the above training aspects, supervisory and monitoring responsibilities are emphasized.
